Venues

Rather than base our photography courses in a studio, we prefer to hold them in locations around Essex, East Anglia, where our students will enjoy taking pictures and have plenty of subject matter to inspire them.

  • Cressing Temple

    • Cressing Temple, 7th February 2010

    Originally founded by monks of the Knights Templar, this site offers photographic opportunities in abundance. The site features two huge wooden barns and a beautiful tudor walled garden.

    Situated in Essex, access is easy from Braintree, Chelmsford and the A120.


  • Layer Marney Tower

    • Set in Lord Marney's Tudor palace, dating back to 1520, and boasting England's tallest Tudor gatehouse, the architecture and gardens of this venue are full of photographic opportunity.

    Located a few miles out of Colchester, this venue is easily reached from the A12.
